I just got my order in. Sorry it took so long, but I just logged in to ABW. :D

I'm sure it will be an interesting read. I usually depend on our daughter, the penultimate shopper, to provide me with customer preference ideas/observations. She is good at what she does - shop and critique the process. Some people may call it complaining, but she actually has detailed rationale for her "critiques." (If you recall, I made use of that talent in Scottsdale.)

The problem is that too many marketers tend to think they already know what online users want, but all they judge from is their own perception of how things should be. Hence, the idea of the research (btw, close to 3,000 online shoppers took part in it!)
