Hello, Thanks for your comments!
To answer questions about the phone orders, we monitor all traffic to BuyJewelry with ‘Live Chat’ feature on the website. When someone calls in, we can trace back that visitor from the product they were reviewing and their geographic location to identify the source of the lead. We also ask telephone orders where they heard about our site, and to place the order directly through the website. And Of course repeat telephone orders from an existing customer that was referred by an affiliate will receive commission. While this is not fool proof, we are working on a way to get an affiliate ID into the website, it does work well. We are very serious on giving our affiliates their due commissions.
