I always try to investigate or simply google sites... this program looks real kkewl but i am concerned about the old and new complaints about liquidation.com that you can find on the web...

Anyone know if they are trying to do better in getting back to people concerning disputes... i know that complaints have two sides... but the theme seems the same...

this is not a flame... just want to research before my site visitors take the plunge... i see alot of closed auctions so it must be working for some...

Anyone on here make bids and win them?

Hi Spiceman,

I understand your concern with the complaints you may see online.

We have in fact revamped our dispute process and made it easier to file one by creating a way to submit a dispute online speeding up the process.

We have also opened an entire call center in Dallas to handle complaints. From what I have seen, our complaints have decreased as well.

Also, one reason that you will find some complaints online is that not everyone knows how to buy from a liquidator. Some important things to remember and to tell your traffic are to read the description of the lot, view the manifest, read what the condition is and tell them to read our condition codes so you know what to expect with the lot.

If you are directing traffic that may not be professional buyers or people who have bought from Liquidators, teach them how to use our search features to only find new products and merchandise, as well as how to find lots closer to their homes or region of the country and help them save on shipping. We do our best to label and describe lots as best as we can, and we continuously strive to improve everything from the usability of our site to our customer service and the overall user experience.

If you are interested in joining our program, I am more than happy to set some time aside and help you build content that will help to make you feel more confident that your traffic will know what to expect when the lot arrives, instead of sending them to our site blind or without any previous experience buying in various conditions.

I ended up staying in Las Vegas an extra night due to some work related issues this morning, but I will be back in the office on Wednesday morning. Please feel free to give me a call.

Best,

Adam

I have not had a good experience with liquidation.com. Won a lot of 400 computer memory boards.Received mostly memory for really old printers and fax machines. Filed a dispute immediately. Almost a month now and wont respond to emails. Lost $1050.00 Won an expensive piece of lab equipment, arrived damaged and inoperable. Filed dispute. No response yet after 30 days. Lost $1000.00. Won 1000 pieces of computer memory, turned out to be 1000 pieces of printed circuit board,no memory chips installed, bare board. Filed dispute, was informed by email dispute denied. $2000 lost.I disputed these charges on my Visa card and am waiting the results. Contacted the BBB,FTC and department of licenses.Just waiting now for responses from them. I am retired on a fixed income, this could ruin my credit which at the moment is very good. I am putting this information on every site I can find in hopes it will save someone else from losing a lot of money. Anyone else have a bad experience.

Hi Stuartrita-

I am sorry to hear about the experiences that you described. As Adam mentioned in an earlier post in this thread, we launched a facility in Dallas specifically to deal with issues or concerns that arise from Liquidation.com purchases, so I'm surprised that you have not been able to get an answer to your questions.

Please send me an e-mail at rcaskey [at] liquidation.com with your contact information and a description of the items in dispute, and I will personally ensure that you are able to speak with someone on our buyer relations team who can discuss this in detail. Thanks.

Rob

Will it never end.The saga continues. Got an e-mail today. I guess the squeaky wheel gets the grease. They honored one of my disputes for $1050.00.Gave me a link to go to to obtain a shipping label to return the items. Said I have 5 days to ship back to seller or they will pay the seller and rescind the dispute. Clicked on the link, links back to liquidation.com,and have to log in. No can do as they revoked my membership. Will be calling them tomorrow. Stay tuned for further developments.
