Description
OfferHive, LLC is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager. We are eager to expand our company and work with new people who are as excited about the online marketing space as we are. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join a successful and exciting company as an Affiliate Manager with endless opportunity to grow within our company.
Duties Include:
Ability to manage and grow relationships with publishers and affiliates
Research and advise affiliates on efficient methods for optimizing their revenue
Actively consult with affiliates on an ongoing basis to help exceed their revenue objectives
Provide exceptional service to affiliate accounts, while simultaneously growing account revenues each month
Provide weekly updates on key metrics, ROI, and key trends for marketing programs
Coordinate with in-house Design for internal & external creative needs
Regular communication over the phone and online with affiliates
Prospect new affiliates to help grow our company
Research and manage affiliates willing to run our campaigns
Keep affiliates interested in continuing to run offers and maintain a constant relationship with affiliates
Coordinate results and updates with marketing team during daily/weekly meetings
Use our proprietary affiliate management software
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree
3+ years experience in marketing account management
Proficient knowledge of internet marketing strategies or prior media experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation skills, as well as excellent problem solving and follow up skills
Strong analytical skills and able to demonstrate proficiency in measuring response rates, ROI, etc.
Agency contacts or knowledge of CPA advertising a plus
Able to work under pressure, handle multiple active accounts and meet predetermined goals
Proven track record with recruiting efforts for affiliate programs/networks
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Exceptional work ethic
Contacts in the industry is a plus
Strong written, oral, and researching skills
Motivation to meet and exceed goals
Self-disciplined
Familiar with CPA model pricing
Ability to meet deadlines
