Over the past 8 or so months my wife has ordered from VitaminWarehouse 4 times and it tracked only once. The last miss was today.

Maybe you can send them your order comfirmations and ask for a manual input of your commission.

If somehow their tracking system is not funtioning properly, and "they couldn't figure it out", I will take their links down and replace with other vitamin merchants.

Wow, if 75% of the orders you know about didn't track, I wonder how much more you're losing. It's time to replace this merchant. Even if they pay you for the orders you can prove, you're still getting screwed.

"They couldn't figure it out" just isn't a reasonable explanation, merchants have a responsibility to insure that orders are tracking properly and that their affiliates are being paid for orders that were legitimately earned.
