Football Fanatics, a leading sports e-commerce company based in Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking a highly motivated Affiliate Manager to join our growing team. The position requires a strong individual who is result-driven and able to identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with Football Fanatics’ affiliates. This individual must be creative and will work with us to provide unique programs to our affiliates. The Affiliate Manager will have a creative team to support his or her efforts. Sports fan preferred.
Requirements
+ 3-5 years experience managing affiliate programs for Internet business of annual revenues over 30M
+ Proficient knowledge of Internet marketing strategies
+ Excellent verbal and superior written communication skills
+ Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
+ Strong negotiation skills, as well as excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills
+ Proven track record with recruiting efforts for affiliate programs / networks
Responsibilities
+ Identify and recruit affiliates
+ Maintain relationships with affiliates
+ Work with management for optimizing programs and offerings
+ Help establish monthly affiliate revenue goals
+ Communicate and provide support to affiliates
+ Manage and reconcile commissions with each affiliate monthly
+ Manage in-house affiliate programs as well as outsourced network programs (CJ)
