Revenue Allies a division of homes.org has a current opportunity for a highly motivated Affiliate Marketing Account Executive to become part of our growing organization.

Position Summary:
The Affiliate Marketing Account Executive is responsible for identifying, acquiring and managing new affiliate partners. The Affiliate Account Executive will report to the Affiliate Program Manager and will be measured by the ability to add new profitable Affiliates as well as by the capacity to maintain and build strong relationships with current Affiliates. Ideal candidate will have an extensive list of current affiliate contacts and relationships. Posses proven selling and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to stay organized and balance multiple accounts. This position is located at our corporate office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Acquire new affiliates through current relationships in the affiliate space.
Source new potential candidates in key verticals through outbound calls, email communications, trade show attendance, etc.
Work with portfolio of Affiliate partners to establish sales goals, review performance and provide account support as needed.
Work with Affiliate Marketing Liaison to create affiliate promotions to increase active affiliate base performance levels.
Serve as main point of contact for multiple key affiliates.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
Bachelors degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business or other related field.
Minimum of 2-4 years of proven Sales experience with the capacity to identify needs, showcase benefits, overcome objections and close business.
Minimum of 3 years experience in affiliate marketing, sales, client relations
Proven track record with recruiting efforts and affiliate programs/networks
Experience with multiple affiliate marketing network platforms (LinkShare, CJ/BeFree, Performics)
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze affiliate campaign and sales data, and summarize recommendations
Strong negotiation skills as well as excellent problem solving and follow-up skills.
Self-directed and effective independent worker
Ability to work well with other team members
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation and organizational skills
High competency level in MS Office products: Excel, Word and Power Point
Experience with HTML and a basic understanding of emerging web platforms and technologies.
Ability to travel up to 15%
