Thanks guys and gals :) I have been managing them for awhile, but did some cleanup before we launched the forum. Will be announcing the changes to their T&C's officially soon, but we started cleanup back in January :)

This is awesome, Deb!
I'm sure travel affiliates are going to love this and will be willing to work hard on promotion knowing that you handled the clean up.
Congrats to Tream Loxly!

Thanks Kim! I also forgot to mention that they are on manual approve. I know that is a pain for some folks, but they know that some affiliates that might apply need screening :) So they err on the side of caution.
If an ABWer applies, pop me a pm or email and let me know who you are so I can get your application expedited :)

Just wanted to say that sales are ROCKING and there are LOTS of *new* (to us) affiliates responsible for those sales. Thank you to all of you that have signed up and have gotten active with this program, you are all making great $$$$ this season.
Clean programs can be successful... for those of you that might have been wondering ;)

I had a couple of sales on Viator a few months ago; travel was completed in September.
I have never received commission on these sales.
These are tours I booked myself, from my own website. I booked these for friends, and I know that the tours were taken.
Is that the problem? Am I not allowed to book through my own links?
I'm concerned, now that Viator is switching to ShareaSale, that I'll never get the commissions (although, I've been concerned about that anyway!)
These are the first tours I booked through Viator, and since I haven't been paid, I'm wondering if it's worth switching my links to ShareaSale.
Any advice is appreciated!

Have you sent me an email about those bookings? Please do send me the details at deborah at viator.com and we will take a look. Self bookings aren't an issue. If the links didn't track we need to know. Did the bookings show up in your account with zero commission and didn't convert to paid when the travel was complete? Or did they not show up at all?
Switching your links to Shareasale is definitely in your best interest, the tracking has been tested *very* thoroughly.
We are finding that there are a lot of affiliates that are using outdated links or that attempted to create custom links, which didn't work well at CJ and will be much easier to do at Shareasale.
