This person will help to manage the overall affiliate marketing plans in order to increase/improve revenue to existing website.
The ideal candidate will have a background in managing relationships with partners/customers and have experience with the Internet based company. Exceptional phone and presentation skills are a must. It is crucial that this person have a self-starter attitude and a desire to "own" the goals of this position.
The ideal candidate should have a thirst for understanding the constant evolution of the web and the direction web based businesses are heading.
Requirements:
A degree in Marketing, Business, and or related field a plus but not a requirement.
2+ years work experience in either Online/Interactive Marketing, Business Development, Project Management, Client Services or Customer Service (Affiliate Program Management experience a plus).
Good understanding of online marketing trends, tactics, analytics, and current events, particularly as they relate to the management of affiliate programs and online advertising.
Thorough knowledge of CPA, CPC, CPM, affiliate, search, e-mail, and other conventional and unconventional online marketing tactics.
