Currently, we are looking for experienced affiliate/sales managers with established relationships with online games, MMORPGs, virtual worlds, social application developers and tournament poker websites.
We need the best-of-the-best that can go out and close deals with websites that have some type of in-game currency or player incentive.
Our business model pays people an incentive for filling our surveys and we have the automation tools for publishers to eliminate the intensive manual labor needed for success. The tools also guarantee that the publishers you sign up will be running all 150+ we have instantly and consistently. As we add new offers ... they automatically get updated in our tool.
Here is the catch ... we have minimum performance standards. This job is not for lazy people...it is for sharks. If you don't hit the standards...you're out. If you do hit the standards, you'll get big fat paychecks every month.
CPALEAD offers a very aggressive compensation plan that may consist of a base salary + commission or if you forgo the base salary - an industry high commission. Our standards are VERY HIGH. We require you to work at least 30 hours per week, but we will allow you to work from a remote location.
Your job is to sign up and manage publishers to ensure they are using our tools correctly to maximize their earnings. The more money your publisher earns using our offers and tools, the more you earn. The more publishers you sign up, the more we will increase your commission (since we work on productivity tiers).
