Some time ago, I applied for the Luggage.com affiliate program in SAS. It turns out that this merchant is part of CSN Stores (or so I was told). Mind you, I became an affiliate of CSN Stores just so I could make use of the datafeed and get products as seen on Luggage.com. The result... CSN Stores contains over 9K products in its datafeed but not one single item from Luggage.com. :confused2

Also, when I log into my SAS account and click the "Affiliate Summary" link, the resulting page shows in the specific merchants list that I'm an affiliate of Luggage.com. However, a little further down the page reveals that my application is pending for Luggage.com is pending. Am I or am I not an affiliate of this merchant? :confused2

Can the CSN Stores affiliate program manager please tell me what's going on? It's been well over a month since I applied for the program. What's happening? :worried:

Luggage.com is definitely a separate program even though Brent manages both programs. Should be easy enough to drop him a note to ask about the application. He doesn't do weekends, generally.

Just to clarify, the CSN Stores affiliate program and the Luggage.com affiliate program are seperate. However, Luggage.com is part of CSN Stores. I started a seperate Luggage.com program because I thought it would benefit to have such a strong URL split off from the rest of our stores.
