We placed a $98 order with Office Depot on July 6th and it was delivered July 8th. No credit for it by July 13th and sent an e-mail to the address listed at Linkshare with no response. Have now filed a Transaction Inquiries with Linkshare and will have to wait for a response.

Had to place another order so I went with Office Max on GAN/Performics this time. Waiting for it to be delivered.

WHAT!!!! No e-mail to me with an explanation. I make regular purchases from Office Depot for my wife's business.

No coupons. My wife has a business with two offices. I order for them off the same page on my website several times a month. Don't know why this order was any different than the rest.

I can't get Linkshare to repond to who got the credit for the order. I also scan for adware every morning before I start the day with Zone Alarm.

I sent an e-mail to OfficeMax about affiliate credit and got this response "they don't confirm orders for 35 days". Great!?

it usually takes about 30 days for Office Max to report sales in CC. It has always been like this.

If you to to CC and run a advertiser detail report, you can look at all your Office Max orders, and they should be listed with a code of GRD. So you can at least see the order.

Have you considered office supplies through ReStockIt on SAS? They are also (still) with CJ, but the program on SAS credits immediately upon sale completion and cookies there can't be overwritten by Ebates, et. al.; so there is no fear of having sales hijacked.

I found it but we couldn't wait for order any longer for the order and picked up what we needed at the local Office Depot. Ended up canceling the OfficeMax order.

I got a response from Office Depot again - Denied - Order Credited to Another Channel. No one will answer my e-mails as to who got the credit.

I finally got a response - Office Depot does not pay commission on orders placed through their Small Business Unit, which is why you are not getting credit for these sales. No other affiliate got the credit—it’s simply that they were through that channel instead. WHAT!!!! Several orders a month and now it goes through a Small Business Unit. Excuse after excuse. I will start removing my Office Depot links.
