Two easy steps:
A) Rigister with via http://forum.abestweb.com/register.php if your not already a member.
B) Buy the right to post your ad - http://forum.abestweb.com/subscriptions.php
Items you should include in your job posting:
1. In House or Telecomute?
2. Are you willing to outsource to an OPM (outsourced program manager)?
3. Salary / Comissions / any other pertinant financial information - ie. bonuses.
4. Company and Product info.
5. If you require the person to work onsite, where is the office?
6. Will you pay relocation fees?
7. Will the candidate be managing anyone?
8. Is travel to industry events such as Affiliate Summit, PubCon, SES or Adtech included?
9. Full duties and responsibilities of role you are looking to fill.
10. If on site what is the office dress code
11. Education / Exprience Required?
12. Subordination (who exactly the affiliate manager will report to) and reporting expectations (how often, what kind, etc).
13. If the program already exists - is it an in-house one or does it operate on an affiliate network (or more than one)? If the latter - on which one(s)?
14. If you are looking for someone to start an affiliate program for you, and have an idea of how you want to pay your affiliates - it would be helpful knowing what model you have in mind.
15. Career growth oportunities (if any).
