We are looking for a talented Director of Sales to join our growing team at PerformLine this month. Our ideal candidate will be a proactive professional who knows how to find and close deals with high caliber advertisers, including Fortune 500. You understand what it takes to be successful in this industry and you are committed to getting the job done. This opportunity should appeal to anyone who loves the start-up pace. The core responsibilities include:
• Prospect, pitch, and close high caliber advertisers on performance media spends on our network.
• Day-to-Day management of Advertising Partners
• Up sells and growth goals for existing campaigns
• IO and contract management
• Pixel placement and testing
• Creative Trafficking
• Offer distribution across our network of Publishers and Affiliates
• Performance Reporting and Invoicing
• Cap and Pricing management
The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in online sales, preferably at an advertising network. Ideally, this person has a good working knowledge of the performance marketing category; cost-per-acquisition pricing, lead generation, and landing page optimization.
Location: NY
Compensation: competitive base + commission + employee incentive options + great benefits.
