They at one time encouraged affiliates to host their download executable which was supposed to be pixel tracked. Then they made changes and no click refers on activated downloads unless directly downloaded from their site. So now temporarily using a new link. Also not happy with their tracking and services for US based customers.

As a techie type person I know how easy it is for a merchant to insert custom tracking into executables.

Not impressed with their management team. Will be switching forex programs soon. Looking at a few replacements.

Since posting, the merchant has made efforts to resolve the issue. This included their voluntarily testing all links.

There still exists the issue regarding hosting the download direct, however links to their download landing pages track fine.

Hi, this is my first post here... I didn't know that cj, sas etc, had forums! This is great.

My question: when I test a link for forexmentor, SAS shows a hit. When my tracking shows hits from a site visitor, SAS shows no hits.

Also, after I click on a banner in link, the browser window is showing only forexmentor.com... no aff id or anything. Is that normal?
