Here is our keyword policy from our Affiliate Terms and Condition:

KEYWORDS: MoonShadows Farm has an open keyword policy. In addition to any generic keywords, Affiliate may use company and brand specific keywords for the sole purpose of advertising. It is understood that Affiliate has no ownership of company or brand specific keywords and may not make any representation thereof. MoonShadows Farm reserves the right to revoke the use of company and brand specific keywords if they are misused or used to the detriment of the company.

Yes, we do allow email marketing, however here is our policy regarding spam:

SPAM AND UNSOLICITED email: MoonShadows Farm expressly forbids the sending of unsolicited commercial email, commonly referred to as UCE or spam. The sending of unsolicited email or spam will result in immediate termination from the Affiliate Program and forfeiture of all commissions not paid at that time.

If Affiliate engages in email marketing, Affiliate agrees to send emails only to contacts who have personally opted in to Affiliate for the purpose of receiving information of a commercial nature. Under no circumstances will Affiliate send emails to an individual or list that has been bought, rented or culled from any other source.

Furthermore, MoonShadows Farm expressly forbids the use of spam when posting to forums, news groups, chat rooms or any other public arena of a similar nature.

In the event of Affiliate spam where the Affiliate has broken the law and/or causes damages to the extent MoonShadows Farm is required to obtain legal counsel and/or pay restitution, all available measures will be used to recover compensation for any financial losses and/or legal costs incurred by MoonShadows Farm.

I know this policy sounds very ominus, but any company has to protect itself against unscrupulous and unprofessional affiliates who could cause damages. We only ask that you are aware of the possible ramifications of spam and do things the right way.

Over the past few days, we have added some new marketing materials:

1. Product Data Feed: Includes product, category, size, heat (for salsas), price, affiliate URL, thumbnail URL, image URL, short description & long description. The data feed is in Text (tab delimited) format and can be easily read and manipulated in MS Excel. There is also a readme.txt file to help you.

2. 2 new banners for our bbq sauces and salsas

3. 3 new text ads for all products, gift boxes and jams. Using the provided linking code, you can adjust the color scheme, height and width of the Text Ad to easily integrate with your site.

4. Text links to all individual products to use on your site

5. Email links (text and html) to all individual products to use in your email campaigns

We have also added two new products recently: A Raspberry Salsa in Mild and Medium, and a Hot Raspberry BBQ sauce. For those with recipe sites, we have also added two recipes which can be used on your site or blog to help market these two new products. More product receipes will be provided over the next couple of weeks.

We will also be working over the next couple of weeks to bring you some more professionally designed banners.
