Hello everyone, we have a new opening for an Account Manager position at Chitika. A little bit about our company:

We are a high-growth company in online advertising with a significant established base of 30,000+ websites

We are looking for a smart, hard-working person to help manage our clients and guide them on ways to increase their earnings from our ads.
What will you be DOING?
You will be dealing directly (phone, IM, and email) with website owners/publishers who use our advertising services.
Your role will be to ensure that they are generating as much revenue as possible from our ads, and that their customer experience is top-notch.
You will help to solve/overcome any problems/issues that may arise
Your main focus will be on generating additional revenue, and retention of clients
What is required of you?
Customer-facing experience (you have dealt with customers directly in previous jobs, and you are a "people-person" who knows how to talk to clients).
You have the ability to think on your feet - good problem-solving skills are a must!
Hard-working - you should be the hardest-working person you know.

This is a full-time position
Salary + Commission/Bonus
