EntirelyPets did not track

I placed an order through Entirelypets on Shareasale and it did not track. In the past it had track right away. I have sent an e-mail to EntirelyPets but have not received a response.

Not sure how to check this but my cookie setting is on the lowest level but I have a program that sweeps all cookies every morning.

I sent another e-mail to EntirelyPets yesterday asking for a response but have not gotten one.

I received the order yesterday and sent another e-mail to EntirelyPets today. Can't believe I have not heard anything from them. A simple "We got your e-mail and looking into it" is fine.

Some merchants don't credit affs for affiliate purchases.

Check with their TOS , they specify such things in there.

Also check if you have any cookie stealing software on the computer.

I have purchased from them for several years with no problems both on CJ and Shareasale. I have software that checks cookies and adware on a daily basis. Haven't had any problems with other purchases that I have made.

No response of any type from this merchant. Guess I will have to find another merchant to make purchases from for my two greyhounds.
