Title: Affiliate Platform Coordinator

Infra-Strategy, LLC is a multi-million dollar, rapidly growing technology and marketing company that is looking to hire an Affiliate Platform Coordinator to add to our talented team. Over the past 5 years, we’ve doubled in size each year as a direct result of our success in the areas of IT development, web marketing, lead generation, but it’s the hard work and success of our people that’s gotten us here. We just ranked 8th for the fastest growing company in the region, 23rd for the fastest growing business services company in the US, and 169th for the fastest growing company in the country according to Inc 500. We’re currently looking to continue that trend by adding an affiliate platform manager to our marketing team.

Responsibilities:
• The Affiliate Platform Coordinator is responsible for servicing, optimizing and growing our internal/external affiliate network(s) which generate substantial traffic within our desired target audiences
• Recognize new marketing opportunities & stay current with trends in Affiliate Marketing
• Organize and implement new affiliates
• Monitor affiliate leads, optimize campaigns as needed and provide ongoing quality assurance support
• Manage the day-to-day support of designated Affiliate networks as well as in-house affiliate platform
• Make numerous outgoing calls each day to various affiliates, respond to emails, and manage customer support issues for affiliate team
• Coordinate and approve Affiliate billing to ensure compliance with contracts and accuracy
• Create weekly visuals/breakdowns of affiliate growth, including ROI, along with providing reasons and projections
• Monitor conversions/affiliate performance, along with due commissions
• Supervising and examining TOS (“Terms of Service”) abuses among other affiliate conflicts
Affiliate Experience and Skills Required for this Position:
• Held a position in affiliate marketing – as an merchant/affiliate or with a network or agency
• Knowledge of CPA, Co-reg, Lead Generations, Search and email Marketing
• Breadth of knowledge of affiliate platforms/networks
• Quickly recognize and focus on the most potentially profitable affiliates
• Critique and Optimize affiliate offerings on an individual and general basis
• Ability to understand and verbalize technical language involved in affiliate implementation
Additional Requirements:
• 2 - 4 years experience in a media planning/buying position at affiliate network or an advertising/media agency
• Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation, customer service, and analytical skills
• Confidence on the phone a must
• Problem solving skills and the ability to learn quickly are critical
• Able to capitalize on opportunities whenever and wherever presented
• Possess strong project management skills, including demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exhibit strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations
• Self starter who can work independently as well as within a team environment
• Maintain familiarity with affiliate marketing trends
• Knowledge using Microsoft Office products
Nice to have – but not Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required
• Enjoys dynamic environment and new interactive trends
• A creative person that can multi-task, and has a high degree of attention to detail
• Knowledge of online marketing campaign management
