I am looking to hire an affiliate manager for my cpa network, (Wotogepa is the name of the cpa network). The job is 100% commission based. It is a work at home opportunity. The candidate will be given 250 affiliates to manage/build relationships with. This entry level position does not provide any benefits. Full training/support will be provided.

Actually I just noticed she edited her message and apologized, I came straight from an email notification and didn't even notice that. I am far from a holiday spammer though. If you're wonder if I'm legit, I am willing to chat via phone about this though. I also know that 100% commission is not for everyone, but please don't make assumptions about my networks size or revenue just because you haven't heard of it, (it's only 6 months old and it's been a semi-private network for those 6 months so far, no outside advertising has taken place yet on a large scale).

Thanks MTC. PPC-Coach, thanks for clarifying and just be aware you may not get much response to your "job offer". It is actually more like a 2-tier affiliate program when you "hire" someone to be an affiliate manager and they get paid only commission. You need to consider why someone would want to work for you instead of an established CPA network with a salary plus commission.

Like affiliate marketing, there are so many "networks" now that you have to show people what is *different* about your network.

I worked for a CPA network, a good one, and I consult with others. I know whereof I speak.

That said, good luck, I hope you grow into one of the good ones :)

100% Comission ... pretty cool ... I get to keep all the money. Works for me.
Best OPM deal I have ever seen. Even better than being the merchant. A CPA
network too ... whoa ... 250 affiliates ... if they generate $10 a day in sales each,
I make $2,500 per day ...

I have a question, if it's 100% commission, what do you get?

We have 3 affiliate managers at this point and are looking to take on 2 more.

If anyone is interested, the offer has changed to salary plus commission now. We are growing very quickly and there is tons of room for advancement within the company. I'd edit the original post, but I can't.

what type of a company needs 5 affiliate managers - i'm very confused. Are they really just part of sales teams. would love to see your site, you must be doing gangbusters. is it something that I need?
