Two days ago, I signed up for an eDiets program. I bought the program myself and I've got the email receipt for my credit card as proof. Am writing eDiets now to see what to do next.

Did they say why it didn't track?

Some of these things I don't look at as good, where you do your own test purchase, it doesn't show up, you contact them and then it shows up.

Because that doesn't help all the other orders you might have had from people visiting your site. So was just wondering if they gave any explanation on that?

eDiets checked out the links and couldn't find the problem. But they are tracking now, at least the clicks are. The clicks didn't seem to track before.

Since I ordered on the first day I put up links, I don't know how many I may have lost. I would like to think a lot--but I haven't figured out how to get a lot of traffic to this site, so probably, in reality not many.

I agree, that I wish they had found a definite problem so there would be a definite repair.
