My husband and I live in the Catskill Mountains of NY State.
We have been getting lots of snow over the past week, with frigid temps.
Just wanted to share a photo of us snowshoeing with our dog Jazz over the holiday break 2008 where we were in Old Forge NY in the Adirondack Mtns.

Very good taste in color choice of clothing:thumbup2: agree with Gary, doggie looks to be enjoyin himself/herself, too.....and also lookin very nice in their outfit. Is he or she also sporting a doggie backpack? :)

Yes, our dog Jazz is wearing a doggie pack :)
He actually loves it.
He knows when we get the pack, hes in for a long outing, which he loves since he is a border collie.
They can go go go all day long without tiring.

That lools so refreshing. Wish I was in the kind of shape that would allow me to go great distances on snow shoes and that the was someplace within a 2-3 hours drive that had that significant amounts of snow for cross country.
