You already declined me because I'm outside the US. I replied to your e-mail but your e-mail address doesn't seem to be working so I'll post here.

I'm in the UK but most of my commissions come from American customers buying from American merchants.

I shall decline your polite offer to consider me should you start selling to the UK in future.

I kow they are in fact going to accept affiliates from ALL countries, but they just don't have the technical or legal part of it finished yet. They are notifying webmasters from outside the US once this is completed.
