Just saw that in your new agreement.
"Due to search engine penalties for duplicate content, affiliates may not copy any content directly off the site. Affiliates in violation of these terms will be terminated immediately, and commissions will be backed out."

I think it's bad to add that in an agreement.
1- If Just Natural was the first to write their content, they are not going to have a SE penalty. Affiliates using duplicate content will have that penalty. So, why do you have to worry.
2- What's content. Some are saying Coupon Codes are content. Is the name of your company considered content? Where does it starts and is there an end? One word, two words... How to do describe your company... with your competition description?
3-"Affiliates in violation of these terms will be terminated immediately, and commissions will be backed out." Come on. Are you going to use the guillotine for toolbar affiliates or what? Define your terms first.
4- You're going to offer a product datafeed. What's a datafeed if it's not duplicate content. Are you going to deactivate all the affiliates using your datafeed and void their commissions?

Maybe you want to include in your agreement that affiliates can't make a clone of Just Natural, or something like that. Datafeeds make it easy to duplicate a site. I'm not a specialist in drafting agreements. Thanks for taking of what as I saw as a problem.

Just thought I would stop by and have you send "Just Natural" an e-mail telling them to have someone redo their website that knows what they're doing. It's a beautiful website but is displaying incorrectly in explorer 7 and is causing myself and probably many other prospective buyers to leave because it looks like an unprofessional website when you have such problems with divs.

I "believe" it to be an absolute positioning problem which is causing the text to overrun itself everywhere. If they look at having someone design it using inline floating left right divs with auto margins they would end up with a better, and more consistent display.

Please, if I have the wrong solution don't gang up on me, really just trying to help out. I guess it's late I like their products and I'm bored and things like that bug me. Heck maybe I'll even make up a niche site for them. :coolsmile

stormynine, You might want to check your system. That is a Yahoo store. I have tested it personally on IE and Safari from 4 different machines, and have had a handful of other people look at it from other machines/browsers. All report it is perfect so far.

If there is a problem I want to know, and I appreciate you alerting me to it.

Not sure what's going on there maybe someone smarter than I can tell me what's wring with my computer :mad: .

I checked the site on my day job computers and your site looks fine, the weird thing is I have not seen that problem on any (maybe a few I forgot about) other sites to speak of.

If you would like a snap shot of what I'm seeing let me know and I can e-mail out to you.

I have had the same problem before. I had a yahoo site and checked it from many machines (ie, firefox and safari) and ,for some reason, it did not display correctly. Sometimes invisible (deleted) text was pushing borders out and changing the format.
