The LendingTree program is in the midst of breaking its monthly record of leads and commissions 3 months in a row!

LendingTree is enjoying some of its greatest months on record due to the economic climate. Historically low interest rates have caused a swelling of interest in refinancing homes and mortgages.

We want to take the time to congratulate and thank our affiliates for breaking the program's record of commissions and leads again this month.

If you're not already a member of the LendingTree affiliate program, what are you waiting for? Join here. (http://www.platform-a.com/buyat/program-details.php?program=lendingtree&ID=MTAwNw)

Tried to email you last week.

I was making over $2000 / month on the LT program at another program that was dropped.

Would like to get it back.

Jimmy,

My apologies that I did not get back to your email last week, I could not find that in my inbox.

I just sent you an email with instructions on how to get started promoting LendingTree via buy.at.

I would really like to get on the phone with you briefly to chat about your past experiences with LendingTree. I want to continue to do my best to reach out to all of our affiliates and find out how we can better promote each and every one of our programs.

Thanks,
Gabe

Very Nice.

Don't see a PM diadom. Look forward to seeing it.

Gabe. Can you resend the email?

I am going to the doc this morning. Got my lung cut into during a bout of pneumonia and need to get it checked on.

Glad to see we are crossing paths.

Last year, I started a mortgage section w/ Quinstreet and all was daisy's ( $35 / lead ) and was generating several a day.

When the bottom started to fall out, they were only paying for excellent credit leads and my revenue dropped. I made the switch to LT through my Linkshare account and continued to do well until they just dropped me from the program. Guess I was generating too many poor and bad credit leads.

I created a lot of content and Google still ranks me well with " refinance with bad credit " , refinance with poor credit " as well as good credit and several others.

My refi section is at Refinance Section (http://refinance.startremodeling.com) - You will see the mortgage related articles there.

I went back to Quinstreet, who now are getting away from the whole mortgage lead business.

Would love to get that revenue started again.

Question!! -I have been reading up on GAN.

Down time seems to be an issue.

Is that just the reporting? Or does it affect sales?

I will check back when I return in a few hours.

Once again, Thanks, and I look forward to doing business with you.

I will have to get another paypal account, as I followed my banker to another bank last year and haven't used paypal since.

Gabe,

Waiting on Google to approve my GAN application and still haven't received that email.

BTW! The LendingTree creative will replace the google ads in the content pages of the refi section. ( they are an include )

The LendingTree creative that worked well on my site is similar to the quinstreet creative that is on the refi page now. 250x250 with drop down options if you have it. Banners didn't do so well for me, but your input will be valuable.

I look forward to any help you can give me to get this program up and running smoothly.

Jimmy,

I think you are a bit confused. I am an Account Manager for buy.at (an affiliate marketing network) where I run multiple campaigns including LendingTree. I do not work for GAN.

I would love to help you run LendingTree on buy.at and I sent you an email on Monday with details including how you can sign up, pick up links, and run the program.

Please let me know if you need any other information or if I can help. I will also follow this message with a personal email.

Thanks,
Gabe

OK!

I confused two different programs. SORRY!

No GAN here. GOOD. Don't have to wait on Google.

I signed up at your site.

Let the good times roll. :coolsmile

Gabe,

Up and running.

I am using 3 types of creative

120x60 in the shared left border

728x90 in the header all over StartRemodeling (http://www.startremodeling.com)

and the drop down in the include and on the Refinance Page (http://refinance.startremodeling.com)

Guess we sit back and cross our fingers. :angelic:

Thanks for all of your help.

I'm glad you were able to get those links up on your site.

Clicks look pretty good for 3/4 of the day!

I expect to see a larger amount of crappy leads, as Google ranks me too well for poor and bad credit, but the majority of the impressions come from the include that shows throughout the site.

I miss the sub-prime days. :thumbup2:

Once again, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

I'm relieved to have the refinance section up and running again.

Jimmy

I am currently launching two sites as a publisher and handling some OPM work as well. I am seeking OPM work at this time in addition to growing my merchant base for my new eco site.
