exclusions: certain tours/departures that are loss leaders - (very few and you are updated beforehand) in which case commission is nominal $25 per booking

Direct Linking:

I have been asked about whether Friendly Planet travel allows direct linking.

Answer: Yes we do, just keep things tasteful.

FPT doesn't do any PPC at present, I personally am no expert and really don't believe in it. Call me old fashion. We've found that the hightest conversions result from past travelers, referrals from friends, trusted email campaigns and third party endorsements from respected sites.

Hi Guys,

When you sign up and send me a note, as stated, your commission payouts will be double the normal. This will show up on your SAS interface. Also, your cookie duration will be increased from 30 days to 90 days. However, SAS's interface, at this time, does not show the new personalized cookie duration. The system recognizes the new 90 day cookie, but as the SAS support response below shows, the interface doesn't show it.

Cliff:

At this time, this will not show for an affiliate, I have forwarded this suggestion onto my tech team for inclusion to the site. We recommend that when merchants makes changes in commissions and cookie length to let the affiliate know the changes that have been made.
