Football Fanatics, a leading sports e-commerce company based in Jacksonville, Florida, seeks highly motivated affiliated marketing manager to join our growing team.
Requirements
• 3 years experience managing affiliate programs for internet retail business of annual revenues over 5M.
• Proficient knowledge of internet marketing strategies.
• Excellent verbal and superior written communication skills
• Detailed oriented with good organizational skills
• Strong negotiation skills, as well as excellent problem solving and follow up skills
• Proven track record with recruiting efforts for affiliate programs / networks
Responsibilities:
• Identify and recruit affiliates
• Maintain relationships with affiliates
• Work with management for optimizing programs and offerings
• Help establish monthly affiliate revenue goals
• Communicate and provide support to affiliates (IM, email, Phone)
• Manage and reconcile commissions with each affiliate monthly
• Manage in-house affiliate programs as well as outsourced network programs (SAS & CJ)
