HF2323 just passed in the House 68-65. Now on to the Senate.

HF2323 is the Omnibus bill. The debate was lively but it passed. Not sure what will happen in Senate but they will be votong on it very soon.

If the Governor vetoes the bill, assuming it passes the Senate, the House doesn't have a veto overide.
Lets hope Pawlenty does what he says and vetoes any tax bill that comes his way. I believe that the Gov has vetoed almost every Bill that has come his way from the Dems.

Lets not fret yet my friends.

Senate - Hf2323 (omnibus bill) laid on table. Have to keep eye on separate legislation again.
