Nice site.

I can find no pricing.

If I were to sign up I would like to read the terms.

"By checking this box, I affirm
that I have read, understand,
and agree to the Terms Of
Agreement of this network."

To get to the terms requires a password or ID number

If we can't see your amazing offers ahead of time we probably won't sign up.

I'm not an affiliate.
We represent Merchants/Advertisers

But I'll 2nd herbs comment about affiliates.

We've been through this with "new" network after "new" network, as Herb and MCT have said: There is no way any experienced affiliate is going to blindly sign up and provide personal information to you. You want affiliates to join your network? POST YOUR MERCHANTS, OFFERS, or whatever ever else you have that you CLAIM are so amazing, for All to see, BEFORE signing up.

Then I and I'm sure many others here would echo what Herb said: "If we can't see your amazing offers ahead of time we probably won't sign up."

Personally, when I see phrases like "top notch" and "top quality" and the very glitzy website with 1) some links that don't appear to work, and, 2) lots of marketing hype but no real content beyond the absolute basics in your FAQ -- I'm not interested.

But, hey, you'll no doubt find folks who are interested, and I don't mean that in any harsh or critical way.

Best of luck to you! :)

EVERYTHING.

All merchants or whatever else you claim are "amazing offers".

Real networks, successful networks, post all of their merchants, and details, for all to see, without first having to join.

you dont get it either because whats graet to one person is not to another so when specified you can compare apples to apples not apple to oranges now if you think about this a little and reason on it , it only makes sense

It may to you - but not to affiliates.

We Want To See Everything - Or We Will Not Join Your Programs!!!!

What do you not understand about that?????

Usually someone that does not want to be honest with affiliates about what they have to offer has something to hide or they are a politician!

Sign up here to join this network, just fill in your personal info and then we'll let you know what you have agreed to?

Come on. Would you sign a blank contract? I have a bridge to discuss with you since Mr. Sal didn't see you first. :)

All you are doing is obfuscating the issue. You're using this ridiculous argument because you have no merchants or real, valuable, profitable offers, to show.

NdemandAffiliates there is nothing proprietary about your offers. On the contrary, you should consider the strength of your offers as one of your strongest selling points. On the other hand, the data that you're requesting from us to join your network we do consider proprietary.

You need to provide me with information about your offers and advertisers as well as your terms and conditions so I can make an informed decision BEFORE I provide you with information that I would rather not provide to networks that I know I want to join.

Frankly, an unwillingness to share this information may lead many of us to believe that your offers aren't so "amazing".

There are two very different issues here.

One, and I think the most serious, is that you are asking affiliates and merchants to sign up without ever identifying the terms of the relationship. I cannot find any accessible terms & conditions on your site. (There is no mention of terms & conditions in the affiliate signup page; on the merchant/advertiser signup page, you require that advertisers agree to terms & conditions but when I click on that link, it leads to a blank page.) As such, you aren't asking for "affiliates" or "merchants" -- you are instead asking people to complete a lead form, including private information.

Second, you don't indicate what types of offers or merchants you represent, nor what types of affiliates or web publishers you will work with (or exclude). I don't agree that you need to publicly post all details of all offers, but some guidelines and some specific examples are certainly required.

I did find a list of individuals' names and some telephone numbers on your 'contact' page, but no address for your company (the area code is for Oklahoma). The name in the WHOIS domain-registration data doesn't match any names in your contact list.

Yours is one of many dozens (perhaps hundreds) of self-proclaimed "affiliate networks" that use DirectTrack. Why would any affiliate or merchant here want to sign up with your company? What benefits would you provide? Your initial promise in this thread title, of "10% referral commissions," is meaningless without knowing what the commissions are on!

Thank you for bringing out my faults with my website(im not being sarcastic) I am new to this field and i am trying to build a quality network i am glad other networks arent as harsh as you affiliates are, or i wouldn't be able to work with those big companies and have good offers. But anyways i will fix my site and i am only looking for quality affiliates only i am trying to keep ndemand as clean as possible from fraud. Please understand i am a new network with big plans ahead and i hope in the near future we will be working with all of you!I know business and how to keep people happy and thats what i plan to do for our affiliates now and in the future. :) :coolsmile

Mike:

People actually visit this forum and try to comment and help merchants get going.

Stay around and you may make friends here.
