I'm just trying to catch up on what is being considered and the impact it might have on the affiliate marketplace. We've been building some tools to help small businesses automatically account for other expenses; I'd imagine we can do the same for affiliate marketers by working with the vendors (???)

Is there a wiki or formal summary of the issues and implications?
