Plymouth Meeting, PA Affiliate Marketing Agency has an immediate opening for an Affiliate Marketing Manager. As the Affiliate Manager youll be responsible for supporting/managing a portfolio of Affiliate Programs. We are looking for talented individuals ready to get their hands dirty in an extremely fast paced agency start up. Phone and interpersonal skills are an absolute must. Must be self sufficient and willing to hustle.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide day to day management/support to affiliates and clients via phone and email
Work closely with Clients teams to plan and execute new promotions
Recruit and optimize relationships with new and existing marketing partners
Develop and execute communication to affiliates through newsletters
Work with clients various Design teams to develop new creative elements for affiliate use as well as affiliate newsletters and landing pages
Maintain affiliate promotional calendar
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, communicate performance of the programs, and recommend improvements
Ensure Affiliates are paid on time and accurately
REQUIREMENTS:
Hustle and Exceptional Work Ethic are an absolute must!
Minimum two years work experience, experience in affiliate marketing or related online marketing discipline a plus
BA/BS degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem identification and resolution skills
Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations
Detail-oriented and ability to manage priorities
Strong knowledge of Excel and basic HTML. Comfort level with and interested in Internet technologies such as datafeeds and XML.
Effective project management skills, including demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and work independently with little supervision
Ability to work effectively in a team
