Can you tell me how to go about requesting new cities/destinations be added to the database?

I live in Daytona Beach and have quite a few websites promoting Daytona Beach tourism (and I actually work in a hotel as my "other job"). Yet there is nothing in the Viator database for Daytona Beach.

Can I suggest tours or activities for Viator to research? First one would be Daytona International Speedway, which hosts several NASCAR races throught the year. The city has several museums, ghost tours, fishing charters, etc.

Tell me how I can go about getting this going?

Maybe other forum members here would be interested in organizing other cities with Viator?

You are correct, but I work closely with the internal employees communicating requests from affiliates :)

You can certainly request cities, or better yet, specific tours, but we can't guarantee they can be added. It's a complex industry and some things will be available that we can add and others aren't. Like NASCAR seems to be difficult to get/sell when in my opinion that should be a no brainer (I happen to be a big NASCAR fan myself....)

Just send an email to deborah at viator.com with your suggestions for specific tours and especially if you have traffic that is looking for cities or tours that we don't currently have, we can see what we can do.

I think because the tour leaves from Orlando that is why they lumped it there.

Thanks for posting this. Yes, the tour picks up people from hotels as far away as Orlando, that is why it is listed under that city.
