How, exactly, do you define a "serious consumer"?

With such a unique product/service, it seems to me you would expect a fair percentage of people ot fill out the form to simply gather information and determine if they really are in the market for this sort of unique experience.

I know the risk with lead-based commissions from the merchant end. But this hole in the T&C is a red flag to me. Interested in your further thoughts.

Hi,

As long as the Inquiry form is completed with correct details, and the person is contactable, then we consider that to be a valid lead. The 'red-flag'from our end would be if we see a publisher sending many leads and no reply from those who have completed the form or any conversion. Of course, Travel plans aren't decided over-night which is why we have a 90 day cookie in place.

With $6.50 as our opening lead pay-out, we're obviously a little concerned that we may attract less than ethical partners to the program. But as long as we see the traffic is coming from a targetted source, and the leads are from those with a genuine interest, commissions will be paid.
