U.S. Education, a division of DeVry Inc. (NYSE: DV), is seeking an experienced Internet Marketing Manager to lead the affiliate lead management efforts in support of Digital Marketing. This position is located at U.S. Education's administrative office in Mission Viejo, CA.



The Internet Marketing Manager, Affiliate Programs is responsible for the day-to-day operational scheduling, maintenance and management of the U.S. Education affiliate lead generation program. The Internet Marketing Manager will work under the direction of the Director of Digital Marketing to effectively manage paid inquiry generation and coordinate change requests including content and functionality updates. This position will act as a liaison between the marketing organization and other business and technical owners.



The Internet Marketing Manager will serve as a conduit between U.S. Education and its subsidiary schools, Western Career College and Apollo College and vendor partners tasked with lead generation, search engine optimization and web creative production. The Internet Marketing Manager will drive business requirements for the analysis of inquiry traffic, utilizing monitoring and reporting tools to continually optimize lead generation program efficiency. The Manager needs to be a generalist, with the ability to contribute in a number of related areas, including user experience (UX) design, site functionality, creative, copy editing and information architecture.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Serves as a single point of coordination for all requests for changes to functionality and/or content of U.S. Education partner Internet properties.
Maintains and enhances a tracking and reporting system for all lead generation requests.
Manages the day-to-day coordination of tasks related to vendor management, works with cross-functional teams, including marketing and IT staff, as well as business users.
Works with the Director of Digital Marketing to ensure adherence to U.S. Education information architecture and design standards across all partner web properties.
Works with IT to ensure that analytics are created and updated per established schedules.
Works to continually enhance and evolve production methodologies as they relate to U.S. Education partner web properties.
Provides oversight for web design and other creative deliverables on an as-needed basis.
Works with vendors and contract resources to coordinate ongoing production schedules.
Participates in product and vendor evaluation efforts.


Requirements

Education, Experience Knowledge and Skills:

Experience with Web 2.0/Social networking technologies such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Strong interpersonal skills – ability to work well with external resources and represent the organization to achieve our desired goals.
Bachelors degree in business, IT, marketing or other related field preferred.
Minimum of five to seven years marketing experience with at least three in digital marketing (web design, search engine marketing, affiliate lead generation program management or production).
Knowledge of digital marketing tools.
Working knowledge of web design tools and design standards such as HTML/DHTML, CSS, etc helpful.
Proven creativity and problem solving skills.
Strong computer skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
Motivated to learn about and capitalize on new web-based systems and technologies to further our digital marketing efforts.
