A friend who went to my site, clicked through the banner and purchased two products. I was not credited with the sale. They got back to me initially with a request for more information and then went silent. I followed up and the Affiliate Manager said Linkshare was not getting back to them and that I should put a request in through the sytsem. This was done on June 17 and nothing yet. Very frusterating!
