Not sure that any merchant will come out an post that information, unfortunately. I encourage any affiliates in NC to create a company based in another state if you're being dropped by a big revenue generator - Best bet is to set up shop in the home state of that company, so that any future tax laws won't have an impact. I'm living in a state affected by the "affiliate tax", but my company that everything is payable to is located and incorporated in another state that doesn't have the laws. Setting up a virtual office should be enough to start your company in another state - I'm lucky enough that my business partners are located in other states, so we can "move" the company around if needed :).
