The Governor's vetoes on HB1405 (modernized nexus law) and SB1678 (SSTP amendments) stand. Both the Senate and the Representatives chose not to override 1405 because of a technical issue, most likely it will be back next year. The Senate did vote to override 1678 but Representatives chose not to. Again, because this bill also had overwhelming support of legislators, it will be back next year.
