Looking for an Outsourced Affiliate Manager who can help work on our program a few hours a week. We have a strong offering but it's gone unmaintained for a long time.
Is anyone willing to do this on a pay-for-performance basis?
Thanks for reading...

Hi,
Just a suggestion. I am not looking for an OPM gig but a FT but here are my suggestions.
1) Mention your industry. Dating, Electronics, etc.
2) Is it a B2B, B2C, lead gen.
3) How mature is the program? 50 affiliates or 5000 affiliates?
4) What do you expect from the program? Sales, acquisition of new affiliates, etc.
All the best

If I were looking for an OPM, you would be the first name on my list Eric.
Not actually sure why, but I believe it's because you have the respect of so many here.

Hello,
I'm currently managing a large program that I created from scratch for a major brand health/diet/fitness client that is generating better than 400% ROI on media spend. I'm looking for one new client to work with - either building a program from scratch for them or improving an existing one that has previously been unworked and on auto-pilot.
Obviously my first choice is to be compensated for my time or on a hybrid incentive basis, but I'm not completely opposed to a commission-based relationship. It would really depend on what resources you have to work with and whether you have a budget to invest in development if needed to take the program to the next level. It really needs to be a good fit. From what I've seen with a few potential clients, it's not that the OPM isn't capable of creating success, it's that the client or merchant either isn't willing to empower them or cannot allocate budget to components that are missing from the program.
We can do a lot with a little, but we can really hit a home run when we are empowered to create success with the right resources, realistic objectives and few roadblocks.
