Hey all,

I'm looking for some talented recruiters to help launch a new program (not the one in my profile).

Recruiters will earn 2.5% on new orders and 1.25% on reorders for all sales generated by their recruits. It's a mainstream product line with an average ticket of about $100.

This is a new merchant and new program, but I wouldn't be working with them if it wasn't a good opportunity.

Hi,

Sorry, I guess I should've given a few more details. Many probably don't know me, so I'll give some background as well.

I've been program manager for RxmedicalNetwork for the last couple years, from the days of zero sales, to the days of being the top online pharmacy program available. During that time, I've worked with many recruiters.

In my experience, good recruiters make more than good affiliates, who make more than good managers, so I hope my post didn't come accross as some mediocre opportunity. I've worked with recruiters earning 5 and 6 figures a month.

Like I said, this is a new program. I've worked with them throughout the design and build process and I think we've built a winner.

The affiliate software is custom, with many features and functions lacking in other private label programs and the site and product line are gorgeous.

Commissions for affiliates start at 20% and top out at 25% on new orders (half that for orders placed by returning customers). Commission levels will be based on volume. Recruiters will not be able to offer higher commissions to start, but can of course put in a good word to watch a particular affiliate.

Recruits will be tracked automatically and any affiliate link can generate a recruit to earn an override (an additional selling point to potential affiliates).
