Direct Holdings Worldwide, the parent company for Lillian Vernon Corporation and Time Life music and video products is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager based in either Northern Virginia (Alexandria) or Westchester, NY.
The affiliate program supporting both companies generates significant revenues for the organization. This position will be responsible for enhancing the existing program and developing creative ways to grow the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Developing the overall strategy for attracting, maintaining and growing the affiliate program supporting both Time Life and Lillian Vernon products.
* Identifying the different revenue “tiers” within each companies affiliate program.
* Identifying the top affiliates within each “tier” (based on revenue) and work closely with those affiliates to maximize their revenue generating potential.
* Finding new affiliates for each tier
* Developing and refine the optimal referral fee structure for both companies.
* Leveraging the power of negotiating for both LV & TL to optimize individual affiliate relationships.
* Working closely with Linkshare to take advantage of everything they can do for both companies to grow the programs.
* Using the available data to analyze and optimize every aspect of the program. This includes creative selection, offer analysis, affiliate performance down to new to file or average order optimization.
Technical Skills:
* 2+ years Affiliate Marketing systems (Linkshare, etc.)
* Significant experience interpreting campaign results
* Proficient with Excel spreadsheets
