Summary:
This position is responsible for managing all affiliate partner relationships through exceptional service, support, and technology enhancements. In addition, this position will use previous work experience and expertise to train staff in progressive account management techniques to achieve both affiliate partner and departmental goals.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and build affiliate relationships with growing number of active producing affiliate partners.
• Increase the number of producing affiliate partners based on monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
• Implementation of new products for affiliate partners through account management team.
• Develop account management team on improving affiliate relations including effective communication and up selling skills.
• Improve Affiliate Marketing service levels based on goals to meet department needs.
• Work closely with Senior Manager of Strategic Development; Marketing Communications Manager; Affiliate Product Manager; and entire team to achieve department and company goals.
• Active representative in the Affiliate Marketing community including Trade shows, industry events, and SEO conferences.
• Responsible for Affiliate Marketing PNL including forecasting and revenue projections.
Requirements:
• Strong work history of Internet related account management experience with Fortune 1000 companies
• Minimum of 5 years of Affiliate Marketing experience
• Experience in managing and tracking projects against budgets and timelines.
• Sales background
• Proven abilities in decision-making, priority setting and planning
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple task simultaneously
• Self motivated
• Post secondary education or equivalent work experience
