Backcountry.com has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced affiliate manager to join our team of online marketing professionals. Backcountry.com’s affiliate marketing program has been an integral part of our overall marketing strategy since 1998 and recently won Commission Junction’s Horizon award for innovation. The successful candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record of executing affiliate growth plans.

Requirements:

Leadership - A team of four affiliate analysts are already in place and ready to be empowered.

Track Record of Execution - Backcountry.com is a results driven organization with huge growth plans that can only be accomplished through the execution of forward thinking plans.

Experience - At least 2 years of affiliate marketing experience. Backcountry.com’s affiliate program is mature and needs an experienced leader to continue triple digit growth.

Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position represents Backcountry.com on public forums and bi-weekly newsletters to over 3,000 partners.

Four Year College Degree or equivalent experience

A marketing degree would be preferred but the actual field of study isn't all that important. We're more concerned with a candidates ability to learn and any college degree can show that. If you don't have a four year degree but have experience equivalent to a degree please don't hesitate to apply.
