I'm also interested in seeing how the Networks respond to this. Out goes the arguement we've heard for so long..it's legal and as long as it is....

Now it's not and least not in CA, where many of these guys operate out of. So what now?? And the implications if a Network link is what is showing in those pops on some angry consumer's computer who decides to sue.
