btw vanns.com website is always slow for me. if this is true for other users as well then i think it needs to be addressed. many users are turned away by a slow-loading website.

That's a good point and thanks for letting us know about it. We have plans to upgrade a great portion of our hardware in the upcoming year so that should take care of any issues.
