Last year, I applied for life insurance through my affiliate link. Their program works like this: You apply online, then they overnight you a paper application.
I received the paper application, completed it, took the medical exam, and was accepted for insurance. I've even renewed it this year.
The commissions appeared on CJ fairly quickly, but were then reversed a few weeks later. When I contacted them, they said that there was invalid information on the online application. When pressed for additional information, they said it was an invalid phone number. That was absolutely incorrect.
Eventually, I told them that the application was mine, and that they had lost my business due to their unethical practices.
Their network-wide reversal percentage has been as high as 50%, and is currently 13%.
It looks like they've since been acquired by Accuterm. Perhaps they've changed their ways.
