Made two purchases at RailEurope.com on 2 different days through the same link on my site, 1 tracked and 1 did not. I emailed them and gave them the buyers name, purchase date and all the information. They said they see the purchase but will not give me credit simply because it did not track. CJ support asked them to credit me too, but they still refuse. It's a big sale too, since their Eurail tickets are over $500
