I'm not a lawyer or even a high school grad, but

In CJ's agreement section 2.2 Use of Links to Advertisers.

"You shall not cause any Transactions to be made that are not in good faith, including, but not limited to, using any device, program, robot, Iframes, hidden frames, JavaScript popup windows, redirects or clicking on Links that You place to the Advertiser."

Anybody able to decipher this? Has it any value to this conversation?

I decipher it as has been said all along. They are breaking and not enforicing their on Terms of Service with gross disregard.

CJ is obviously making an exception for eBates, since they are their star publisher. You can make money that averagejoewebmaster. com would never be cut any slack for doing such a thing.

CJ would have him deactivated faster than you can say "SCAM!"

This is why I have very little confidence that the networks, CJ in particular, are going to do anything to help. They have no incentive to do so. Giving eBates the award at their conference was like a slap in the face to the rest of us!

I realize that LinkShare has been attempting to get eBates to sign their agreement, but they haven't dropped them from their network for not signing yet. Actions speak louder than words.

eBates has been given plenty of slack to straighten up. Enough is enough! DUMP THEM ALREADY!
