are bonuses will be added end of the month?

CJ pays their bonuses much later than they should. They don't calculate them until after transactions are locked. So bonuses are paid one month after the base commission. I know that's a long time to wait, but the performance incentive is huge. If you sell over $4000 worth of goods, the commission is 10.5%.

I think I didnt understand this well..

So if we sell less than $500 in a month we get $10 per sale, over $500 in sales, we start to get % commisions ? or can we choose which commission option to use?

Last November we ended the flat $10 per sale commission. If you had signed up before November 2001 you were automatically switched to the percentage commission. Here's how the commissions break down:

$0-$500 earn 6%
$501-$1000 earn 7%
$1001-$1500 earn 8%
$1501 - $2500 earn 9%
$2501- $4000 earn 10%
over $4001 earn 10.5%

CJ calls jumps in commission like this a performance incentive. It happens automatically after the transactions have locked. So initially the commission is 6% and then the performance incentive is paid the following month.

In June I sold $507.85 does this mean I get the first $500.00 @ 6% and the $7.85 @ 7% or does it all go up to 7%.

On a better note this month so far I have sold $1427.03 so it looks like I am due a bonus in a bit /infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif /infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif even better if it all goes up to 8 or 9%

Excellent question, Gordon.

The entire commission is raised to the higher percentage.

How it works is we tell CJ to increase the commission by a percentage, which raises your commission to the correct level.

So for you to go from 6% to 9% for selling over $1500, we tell CJ to pay a bonus of 50% of your base commission.

I set the program so that everyone should be earning a performance incentive. I expect most ABW affiliates to reach 9% or higher.

--Check to make sure the change went through, but I switched you to a percentage on our end. I'll take a look through some other publishers, but this is the first I have heard of people not getting switched over. I'll see what Cj can do to make this retroactive but I'm pretty sure I know what they will say.

Regardless, I will input a bonus for you at the end of the month to correct your commissions. Given the performance incentive levels above, we'll figure out what the commission should have been and then adjust it as necessary.

Sound alright?
