The good news is our cookies are definitely set to "keep=yes". You will receive credit for any and all sales made during the 180 day cookie period.
The bad news is we are seeing a number of duplicate orders coming through our CJ transaction reports. This happens when the customer goes back to the shopping cart page with the CJ code on it. They shouldn't be able to do this, but it's happening in a small number of transactions. We're working to fix it, but in the meantime, if you see two or more transactions for the same amount within a few minutes of eachother, do not be surprised if they are duplicate orders. They are assigned different CJ transaction numbers, but our cart assigns the same order number so they are easy to spot. If you have any questions about transactions reversed as "Duplicate Order" or anything else, don't hesitate to contact me.
