I placed a test order for you, but I don't think that's the problem. When I clicked on your site, a message window popped up that asked if I wanted to download the requested file or save it to disk. Do you know what's going on there?

I do not get a popup window but for some reason the SSI has stopped working. I will have to email them quick.
